I finally made it into the Arts Centre Market! I am super-excited and have lots of work to do. I want to have a good looking stall and make more bags. We plan to have the website ready so people can find us online after seeing us at the market.

In the excitement I am trying to do many things at once and I end up doing everything half-way. This may happen to anyone trying to set up or maintain their own bussines; I'm the owner, designer, accountant, machinist, sales person, etc. On top of that I have a house to keep tidy, Christmas around the corner and a wedding in March to organise!

I attended a bussines course once and they asked us why we want it to be independent. Many replied "for the lifestyle". The speaker told us that even when that is the main motivation to do it, being independent is really hard work, and people forget about taking holidays and time off.

I have been through that, and it eats at my enthusiasm for what I love. Having said that, see you later I'm taking a break...

Just kidding! I am writing this to share with you and I am reminding myself not to get caught in the rush, stress and pressure and to have fun!
